Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant

Amazing resort directly at a lake in the middle of nature! We went up there as part of a Quebec roadtrip with family and enjoyed it a lot. It was fresh and rainy for summer, but we enjoyed the sauna facilities and even swam in the lake. We received late service at the restaurant and really appreciate it. The gym is very small, but with some creativity you can get a half-decent workout done. Plenty of parking.

They have a shuttle to get the Mont Tremblant, and the driver is really nice. Our room was ready when we got there, but the toilet wasn’t working. They fixed it very promptly!

We had a pleasant time, The place is dated, but cozy, the staff that checked us in were friendly and efficient, we didn't encounter any issues during our stay, we enjoyed our views, kayaking, the beach and our balcony and kitchenette, having a seperate sleeping area for our child was perfect too. As for the property, I can tell you that I renovate hotels in Niagara falls for a living, so I know what I'm talking about. This place has so much potential. And for the sake of not writing 3 more paragraphs I'll just suggest 4 things that would increase revenue for the hotel and increase customer satisfaction. -add a beach BBQ and Bar (you already have a structure for the bar) -add room service -have the restaurant open every day and advertise it in rooms and in elevators. -replace the televisions with smart TVs.

Location is great, rooms are big but a bit dated. There is a full size kitchen. We got a lakeside view , which was great. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam bath. There is a private beach with paddle boats and kayaks. 7 mins drive from the village. Lots of free parking.

I just spent January 2nd to January 4th at Le Grand Lodge with my two daughters, their husbands and five grandchildren. We were very comfortable in three lake view side-by-side suites. My most important comment is that the front desk staff are exceptional! Special thanks for Annick, Alex and Patrick for their very friendly, professional and competent service. The kids all loved the very attentive lifeguard at the pool. The Grand Lodge has a very cozy atmosphere with the Christmas decorations and lovely fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and one supper at the Whisky bar restaurant (eating next to the fireplace). We"re planning to return this summer. Highly recommend.

A really great place to stay.The service was excellent and the location was perfect for visiting so many places. We had the use of the canoes at the lake whilst we stayed there and they were free too.A beautiful lake to swim in.The place was busy but never seemed packed.

We stayed for two nights in a lake-level suite with our small dog. Although the building is a bit old and has a slightly dated feel, it was cozy and very clean. Most importantly, we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset, as well as the peaceful lake view, all day long right from our room — that alone made our stay absolutely worthwhile! P.S. Make sure to try the outdoor sauna — it’s a must!

My family consisting of 10 people and three rooms had a lovely holiday skiing at Mount Blanc and staying at the grand Lodge. One complaint that anybody had was the fact that the bar was too small for all of the people that needed to eat dinner, and waiting for a table by the fire where there were only four or five seats was not ideal. When it’s so busy, they should probably open the adjacent function room for reserved dining or some space to sit for adults to have a cocktail that isn’t the bar which only seem to have about eight stools with very little standing room. For dinner they were also very understaffed for the number of people. After driving 10 hours, our meal took over two hours to arrive and they didn’t comp anything after we complained twice before the food got there. The breakfast was rather pricey, but delicious. The staff at the hotel desk were fabulous, I loved practicing my french with them and I’m sure they thought I was nuts, but it was cool anyway, and they were very gracious . The room was ample in the bedroom itself was very very dark. The pool, hot tub and the saunas were awesome and the conveniences of getting to and from the mountain and renting equipment was excellent. The kids especially loved the lit up ice-skating track through the Pines You guys have a gem up there in the great white north!
